This is the 2’nd time that I have purchased a car at this location. The people here are very welcoming and super helpful. They always looked for my best interest and what worked for me and never once pushed a sale on me. They were very patient with my husband and I with choosing our car and Charlie was very helpful with accommodating a few requests my husband had for the car we choose also, so thank you and thank you Ed for your assistance also, you made this process so smooth and easy! Great service
I was referred to George at highline and he was very helpful. He got me into a beautiful 2015 Subaru the same day I came in. The finance team was also very helpful and had a lot of warranty options. Will definitely go back in the future and would recommend anyone who needs help to George.

Impressive
I had made my way to several car dealers and Highline wants to do business with the buyer. Excellent customer service - easy transaction and was honest about my trade in and gave me good money. They need to make money but they were honest not greedy. I would recommend going here - and they have an excellent inventory by choosing great cars to sell!

This is the second time my husband and I bought a vehicle from here. Our sales person was George and we finished our paperwork with Josh. We also dealt with the people in the garage as they looked over the vehicle before we left with it. Everyone there was so nice and very professional. The prices also can’t be beat. I really love the service here, Axel went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. He was promptly in answering our concerns and resolving it. I will definitely recommend this place.I really like the way that the financial advisor charlie help us too, I was not pressure at all into buying a guaranteed for my vehicle, he explained every very cleared and simple, no hiding fees.I also like that I was not persuaded into buying a more expensive car than what we picked from the beginning.

This is a Dealership with the most truest name..HIGHLINE CAR/TRUCK CONNECTION..All their vehicles are upscale make/models. The salesmen truly do their best to make a connection with you to better understand what it is you are truly looking for to achieve your happiness. I happened to be present on one of their extremely busy days which was perfect for me to witness how this company functions under pressure! Every Employee greeted me with a smile and was as excited as I was to be there! My Salesmen’s name was Mike Bennett. I was not haggled or pressured, if anything I was given my personal space to explore and test drive what I chose to. I bought a used Audi Q5 today and it was an exceptional used car buying experience. Incredible service!
I went to look at Pathfinders today, I was a pain I drove 3 different ones!! Todd just went with what I wanted and got all of the cars for me to drive. Incredible attitude and service!!! If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would. Axel first called me on an online inquiry and after some phone tag we got ahold of each other. From our very first conversation, I knew I was going to have a good experience at my first visit. He is a cool down to earth helpful person that made my purchase very quick, easy and a no brainer. Charlie was very helpful as well. I’m glad I met these two individuals that helped me find my next car. The service and communication was impeccable. Axel did above and beyond and I was grateful for all his help. I definitely recommend High-Line auto car connection and I recommend working with these two gentlemen for great service. Everyone else there was also very friendly and welcoming that made my experience top notch. Got a nice car, got to test the car by myself and got a great deal. Couldn’t be happier.

Great experience
When you are traveling over two hours to purchase a car you have to place a lot of trust in the dealerships web site and sale staff that you talk to on the phone. I have to tell you that my wife and I were very pleased with how we were treated by everyone at Highline Car Connection. Our salesman Mike was very honest with me over the phone and fun to work with. Lou in finance took the time to find us the best rate that we could get and he was great to work with throughout the entire process. Showed up and went home with our new car that same day. Had an incredible experience with Highline! They were very relaxed and easy to work with. They worked with us on a fair number for our trade in. They never pressured us into buying us anything and let us test drive on our own. We were so appreciative of being able to look at the car without someone breathing down our necks about irrelevant things. The car had an issue starting when we first got in, and they replaced the battery within the half hour. If you're sick of sleazy car salesmen that have never sat in the car they're trying to sell you, then I would highly recommend you switch over to Highline. We worked with Axel and Lou and had the best experience :).

Hi, I want to write a review because honestly I love the way Charlie help me in my Honda Pilot 2017. My credit wasn’t good but that doesn’t stop from them to help me. Highly recommend buying a car here. No hassle, no pressure, and everyone was great to work with. Test drove a car my wife and I were interested in and felt the brakes were a little off. Thank you so much for a great experience! My husband an I just picked up our car last week. We got off to a rough start due to being self employed and some credit issues but in the end it all worked out! Charlie was very patient while we gathered necessary paperwork and was also very professional. We felt like we were buying a car from friends. We are SO happy with the car we purchased, it is in great condition and runs like new. It was cleaned on the day of pickup and literally looked brand new (2014 Mazda). When it comes time to purchase again, we would definitely go back to Charlie and Highline!

Wonderful experience at Highline
I called Saturday morning and spoke to Charlie. He was easy to talk to, and put me at ease moving forward, to look at a van my husband and I loved. I came to do a test drive with my girls and it was a comfortable environment to have them in. I didn’t feel like we were unwelcome, which some car dealerships have made us feel in the past. We came back later that day after my husband was done working and he also fell in love with Highline and the great care we received from Charlie. Long story short I called Saturday morning, and Monday afternoon we drove away with our van! I can’t say enough about Highline and this amazing team. They put so much detail into getting the van ready for us so we had peace of mind. The oil hadn’t been changed in a while and they made sure to do that for us before we even left with the van! They went above and beyond, and we will be using them again when my husband is in need of a new car. Charlie was so wonderful, and we left feeling like he was a good friend. He was personable, easy to talk to, explained things clearly and in detail. We give two thumbs up, and 5/5 stars! Choose Highline, you will not be disappointed.

I would like to extend my most sincere thanks to the team at Highline, especially Mike, Lou, and Peter. I came across a car they had that I was interested in, so I sent an email asking if it was still available. Mike emailed me back very promptly asking if I would like to set up and appointment to test drive it. When my husband and I got there, it was waiting right out front with the keys in it, ready to go. We worked with Peter for the majority of the transaction. He was the best! He told us to take it for a test drive for as long as we wanted, and gave us an idea of where to go, as we are not familiar with the area. When we got back to the dealership, he printed us out the CARFAX, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. No games, no gimmicks, total transparency. And NO PRESSURE!! I cannot stress that enough!! This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and it was so pleasant and stress-free. Peter helped us every step of the way, and I never felt like I was being pushed into making any decisions or buying something I wasn’t comfortable with. They genuinely just want to see you end up with the best car for you! The buying process was incredibly easy, and all of the paperwork was finalized inside of an hour. I was able to drive my car home the same day! I am so in love with my car, and I could not be happier with my entire experience, as well as the personal care and expertise I experienced working with Peter. Amazing First Car Buying Experience!
I couldn’t of asked for a better experience with Highline (specifically Mike- he’s the MAN.) I called and asked if they had a couple cars that I wanted to test drive and I literally said I’d “be there in a couple of hours or so” and Mike magically knew when I was going to arrive. Both the cars I wanted to see were pulled up to the front ready for me to drive. Moral of the story, I ended up buying the car I really wanted and Highline made it very, very easy. I drove it home the same day! They had to go grab new brakes from another shop but hanging out in the office wasn’t a drag at all. They’re all great! I was told about Highline from a couple of my co workers and I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Thanks again boys, you guys made buying a car for the first time a breeze!

The place to go
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 2008 and never had a problem..a few years later I sent my mother and a friend who also purchase a vehicle from Highline. I recently been searching and searching for a vehicle of my choice.. I’ve been to various dealers and felt the hassle and haggle.. And remembered my past experience with Highline, I stopped looking elsewhere and returned to this dealer and purchase another vehicle again.. Working with Charlie was great. He was forthcoming and made sure our transaction was smooth.. After closing the deal we ran into a small DMV issue at no fault of the dealers however Charlie said it would be taken care of on the next business day and it was.. He even through in some perks for the small hiccup.. Now my Husband and Son is ready to trade in their vehicle.. This will be our family car dealer.. Today, I bought a car at the High Line Car Connection in Waterbury and I want to say that before you buy a car, go see these guys who I met as they all worked with my wife and I. They were Lou, Charles and Peter. They were very welcoming, friendly and answered every question we had. They never rushed us and were very honest with us. Service Department
I wanted to send out a big thank you to Dan and the service department at Highline. I did have one minor issue with my new car I recently purchased. The headlight was fogging up and Dan tried to fix it but no such luck. So, instead he ordered me a brand new headlight, installed in a half an hour. To me this is the ultimate in customer service and taking care of anything and everything!! Please, don't hesitate to bring your car to Highline, as the mechanics are great and Dan was a pleasure to work with. They answer their calls and will call back in a reasonable amount of time. Amazing Experience
To start, I want to say this was the easiest and best car shopping experience I have ever had. My husband and I worked with Charlie and Lou. My wife needed a car, so we looked online for what she wanted, we came across this dealership ( and glad we did), checked out the reviews and their inventory, we found an Elantra we liked. Called the place, talked to Lou, got into a good and polite conversation. We went down (about an hour drive) met with Charlie, showed us the car, took it for drive and an hour later we drove it home, this was the easiest and most pleasant dealer I have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend Highline to buy a car!!

Nice car
I was searching online for a 2015-16 Camry or Accord to replace my 2012 Camry. I live near Albany, NY, and saw a few options at Highline. I have family that lives near them, so I drove down on a Saturday to check them out. I found one I really liked and dealt with Mike. He was very nice, they negotiated a fair trade in on my Camry and we made the deal in a hour or so. I am very happy with my 2015 Camry. It has all the bells & whistles I wanted and I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade EXT. Peter Sell was the man I dealt with and he handled everything in a professional and friendly manner. The day after I brought the car home, it had starting issues which was a real enigma. Dan Holloway the Service Manager was persistent and found the root cause of the problem. The vehicle starts now without an issue. They stand behind the vehicles they sell.

Had a great experience. Found the truck I was looking for in CarGurus at Highline. Made contact, drove there from Albany, NY, test drove and inspected the truck, made a deal and drove it home all in an afternoon. Had personal contact with six of their people, and all were courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Would go back and would definitely recommend.

My wife and I just picked up a 2012 VW Tiguan and could not be happier with the entire buying experience at Highline. We worked with Peter Sell and he was both very professional and thorough. The car was in excellent condition (like new) and everything went very smoothly with the purchase. Peter communicated with us throughout the process and delivered on everything he promised. Mike the owner was kind enough to come out and thank us personally for purchasing from them which we felt was a very nice gesture. Their finance guy actually reminded me that they owed us a $100 credit for the deposit we left on the car which I know is the right thing to do, but I had actually forgotten about it. I drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle from Highline after seeing one that I wanted on Cargurus.com Kevin, my salesman, was great! They had the best price too. Easy, No pressure and Accommodating
I’m normally nervous about used car dealerships but living local I was able to view their inventory on closed days and they have real quality vehicles. I did not see any junk cars and although some have higher mileage, they are in excellent condition. I was able to purchase a Great Car with 52k miles on it at a great price. They were not pushy at all and I when I went to look at the car they gave me the keys to test drive and I took it for a good 30 minutes testing different roads. Still no pressure. Financing was easy- even after have some credit issues. I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price and payment. I bought a new car 2 yrs ago from a Ford Dealership and it lost 50% of its value. Owed 23k and was worth 13k 2 yrs later. NEVER again would I buy Brand New when you can find great cars like these at great prices. They have the widest selection of vehicle makes and models to choose from at the very best prices. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. They even made it fast and easy to finance a car. This was the best experience I have had at a used car dealer yet.

Excellent Service All Around
This dealership has, by far, the best services. Everyone is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They gave me a great trade in value on my vehicle and set me up with something that fit in my price range and fit all of my needs. The car runs great and is in great shape! Not only did they help me out tremendously they did it quicker then any dealership I've ever been to. Excellent Customer Service
Have been looking for my dream car "Infiniti FX35" for days till Highline cars appeared in my search results with my dream car and even lower mileage and best price compared to others. Even my bank said thats a good deal! The Sales Reps Mike and Charlie are just too friendly and business oriented. The ease and confi state at which i drove my dream car away was overwhelming.The manager himself is also great, they really know wat is customer relations. Happy customer...
I was in need of a car quickly, shopped online and was very pleased that I was able to buy locally. Charlie was very helpful in finding a car in my price range. I feel I got a fair deal (and really that is what matters). The process was painless, the car was clean and ready for pick up. So far, no problems with the vehicle. Very professional, not pushy, pleasant sales and service team.

These guys really work with you.
I needed a new truck and found an ad for a Ford F-350 for a grand less than everyone else. Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

A great experience
I bought an amazing Chevy Volt from this place for about a grand less than anywhere else I tried. Everyone I spoke with were very patient and knowledgeable and didn't try to rush me into a sale. hey were upfront about all the work that had to have been done before hand and it's history (it had been in an accident) but it drove like a dream. I had my mechanic look at it right after driving off the lot and he said everything looked good so I figured I'd share my story because it didn't end up being like all those other horror stories people have about buying used cars.

Excellent experience and would highly recommend Highline. I worked with Evan and initally went in only to explore options. Ended up leaving with my new vehicle. Evan was extremely professional. Never felt pressured as you may with other salespeople. The whole process was so easy. Extremely happy with my vehicle.

The salesman and entire team at the dealership worked with me to meet my needs and I am very overjoyed with my new Suburu outback. They took there time trying to find me the right vehicle because I am having twins and need space, but wasn't looking for anything gigantic. The Suburu outback is very spacious and is perfect for me and the twins. The dealership overall has a huge selection of vehicles to pick from. The facility is very clean and everyone is so helpful. I would highly recommend buying a car from Highline Car Connection you won't be disappointed.

The only dealership I will ever buy from!!!
When purchasing a brand new vehicle was out of the question I thought my dream car was nothing but a dream. Then I went to Highline Car Connection. I walked onto the lot and was in shock at all of the amazing vehicles they had. I spoke with the owner regarding a few vehicles and test drove some. I finally found my dream car. Best Used Car Dealership
When I first arrived to Highline I was shocked at how great their inventory was. They had some great cars with some lower milleage on them, which was what I was looking for. We arrived just before closing and the owner was nice enough to let us test drive one of his cars. I told him my budget and we got a ballpark price for the car. I have been driving my Suburu Legacy for a year, and no problems. I was so glad I found Highline Auto, and the free oil changes are really nice as well. They really are overall a well run business, and I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a high quality pre-owned car.
